2.Common topics
- Account & sign-in — resetting your password (we email a 6-digit code), or trouble logging in.
- Identity verification (KYC) — required before payouts can be released; takes a few minutes.
- Payouts & wallet — available, pending and paid balances, payout requests and history.
- Tracking links — building brand/GEO links, sub-IDs, and reviewing performance.
- Levels & commissions — RevShare trial, graduation and CPA tiers.
3.Mobile app
For help with the AFFILIFY iOS or Android app, open Profile → Support inside the app, or email info@affilify.partners with your account email and a short description (a screenshot helps). Real-time activity such as deposits and conversions is delivered to the app via push notifications.
4.Report abuse or a security issue
To report suspected fraud, abuse, or a security vulnerability, contact info@affilify.partners. Please include any relevant details so we can investigate quickly.
