Delete Your Account

• Website — sign in at affilify.partners, open Settings, scroll to Delete account, and confirm.
• Mobile app — sign in, open Profile, tap Delete account, add an optional reason, and submit.
• No access to your account — email info@affilify.partners from your registered address and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity first.

Your account is limited as soon as you file the request, and closed once our team has reviewed it — you then lose access to the platform, your links and your statistics. Any unpaid balance is settled or explained before closure. You can withdraw the request at any point beforehand using Cancel deletion request in the same place you filed it.

Closing your account ends your access and your profile is no longer usable. Because AFFILIFY pays commissions, we keep the records those payments were made against: financial and payout history, identity-verification (KYC) records, and fraud-prevention signals such as device identifiers and hashed IP addresses. These are retained for the periods required by accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering law, and for as long as necessary to protect the platform — the same periods described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

To have the data we are not required to keep erased as well, email info@affilify.partners with the subject “Data erasure request”. We will erase what we can and tell you what we kept and why. We aim to respond within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it.
