This Privacy Policy explains how AFFILIFY, operated by AFFILIFY TECH LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus (“AFFILIFY”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our affiliate tracking platform, mobile apps and related services.
For your AFFILIFY platform account, we act as the data controller. Where you join an operator’s program, that operator may also act as a controller of data relating to your activity in their program, and AFFILIFY may process that data on their behalf. 1.Data We Collect
- Account & profile data — name, email, password (hashed), country, and profile details you provide.
- Identity & verification data — KYC documents, proof of address and related information where required for payouts or compliance.
- Payout data — payment method details (e.g. Wise, bank/IBAN, crypto addresses) needed to pay your commissions.
- Device & technical data — device fingerprint/identifier, hashed IP address, browser and operating system, app version, and approximate location derived from IP (city/country).
- Activity & performance data — clicks, conversions, sub-IDs, links created, earnings and payout history.
- Communications — support tickets, messages and related attachments.
2.Device & IP Information and Fraud Prevention
To keep the Platform secure and to protect operators and honest affiliates, we generate a device fingerprint and store a hashed (not plain-text) version of your IP address. We use these signals to detect fraud, multi-accounting and abuse, and to enforce account, device and IP bans.
This means that where a device or IP is associated with banned or fraudulent activity, related accounts that share the same device or IP may also be restricted or banned. Processing these signals is necessary for the security and integrity of the Platform.
3.How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Platform — accounts, tracking links, attribution, reporting and payouts.
- To prevent fraud, secure the Platform, and enforce our Terms (including device/IP monitoring and bans).
- To verify identity and meet KYC, AML, tax, sanctions and other legal obligations.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To improve and develop our services, and to send service or account-related communications.
4.Legal Bases (where GDPR applies)
We rely on: performance of our contract with you (operating your account and paying commissions); our legitimate interests (securing the Platform, preventing fraud, improving our services); compliance with legal obligations (KYC/AML, tax, accounting); and your consent where specifically requested (e.g. certain communications). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
5.Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential to operate the Platform (such as authentication) and to measure clicks and conversions through tracking links and click IDs. We do not use AFFILIFY tracking to build third-party advertising profiles of end users beyond what is required to attribute affiliate performance.
6.How We Share Data
- Operators — when you join a program, the relevant operator can see your affiliate activity and the information needed to validate and pay conversions.
- Service providers — vetted vendors who process data on our instructions and under contract, including cloud hosting and database providers, payment processors, identity-verification (KYC) providers, and communication and push-notification providers. A current list of the categories of providers we use is available on request.
- Legal & safety — authorities, regulators or advisors where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Platform.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
7.International Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant) or another lawful transfer mechanism. 8.Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. Financial, KYC/AML and tax records are retained for the periods required by law. Fraud-prevention signals (including device and hashed-IP records and ban history) are retained for as long as necessary to protect the Platform.
9.Security
We protect data with technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, hashing of IP addresses, access controls, and least-privilege access for staff. We maintain procedures to detect, investigate and respond to security incidents and will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities where required by applicable law. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to respond promptly to incidents.
10.Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to portability, and to withdraw consent. In some jurisdictions (including California and other US states) you may also have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data — note that we do not sell or share your personal data — and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity, you may use an authorized agent where the law allows, and some data may be retained where we have a legal basis or obligation to keep it. 11.Children
AFFILIFY is not directed to anyone under 18, and gambling-related offers are restricted to adults (18+ or higher as required by law). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12.Third-Party Sites
The Platform and operator offers may link to third-party websites and operator-run pages that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
13.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.
